     Listed below are the books you may wish to consult in your Merrill research. Most are available in Acrobat format and searchable by clicking on the Acrobat PDF icon to the right. A few are only available in libraries and personal collections but worth mentioning here. These are listed alphabetically.

• All files are in Adobe Acrobat format.Descendants of Marriner Wood Merrill: material obtained from various sources, mainly from questionnaires and letters written by members of the family, September 1937 to June 1938. Edited by Joseph W Merrill, 1938, (241 pages). Book is broken out into his forty six children and his 280 grandchildren.

• All files are in Adobe Acrobat format.Utah pioneer and apostle Marriner Wood Merrill and his family Edited by Melvin Clarence Merrill, 1937, (527 pages). Material obtained from his autobiography, diaries, notes, record data and textual contributions by members of his family. Interesting information for Latter Day Saints (mormons) on a significant family settling Utah and Arizona.
